jml Training

jml Training offers training programmes for companies, universities and organisations in the UK, France, Ireland and internationally.

jml was established thirty years ago in 1979 and in 1997 jml Training and Consultancy was created. The training company originally specialised in Equality and Diversity training.

In 1998 jml Director Gráinne Suter with two other training colleagues established midas training solutions.

In 2006 Gráinne left midas training solutions and increased the training programmes at jml Training to include

jml Training has a number of very well qualified consultant trainers who have a great deal of experience training in the UK and overseas.

Our consultants will help you to identify what training modules are most appropriate for your company's training needs. jml will work with you to determine the best solutions for your organization and the best format for your training.

We specialise in designing practical and interactive "in house" training programmes to suit the needs of the individual client.

The jml Training approach involves interactive and challenging workshops which respond to the participants’ individual development and preferred learning styles. Most important of all, the training is focused on the practical application of new skills and understanding back in the workplace.
