Jafar is a highly experienced executive coach, leadership and organisational development consultant, facilitator and mentor. Jafar's passion lies in co-creating sustainable, ethical and values based solutions to individual and organisational challenges that his clients experience.

Jafar has enabled his clients and their organisations to achieve business success through creating an inclusive and accountable culture that harnesses improvement in individual, team and organisational performance.

Jafar has works with senior civil service colleagues (grades 5 and above), senior police officers, chief executives, chair persons and board members and executive directors on strategic change management, strategic planning, top team development, organisational and departmental mergers and new acquisition.

In recent years Jafar has worked with The Home Office, The Cabinet Office, Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Sector Organisations, National Probation Service and the Metropolitian Police Service.
