Cultural CompetencyTraining
At jml
Training
we offer a newly developed
programme aimed to increase cross cultural competency by combining notions of
individual and group psychology and behaviour. Our
approach includes pre, and post group activity steps, which involve the participants
well before and after the actual sessions. The
group sessions combine self directed action learning, group coaching and facilitated
training, bringing together the latest trends in training methodology and most
recent research into cultures. Both
the content and delivery method of our program are innovative and effective ways
of initiating and embedding new attitudes and behavioural change for the learning
group. Our
training is different because we do not roll out an off the shelf program but
developed and customise it according to clients' brief and business reality as
well as specific outcome objectives. -
The number and content of modules -
The duration of training; 1 day, half a day, 2 days etc -
The steps of the full process (from pre session questionnaire to post session
follow up) that they wish to see used This
enables us to customise the delivery to our client's objectives, budgets and business
reality. The
training has been developed by Adina
Tarry who is an accredited coach and coach supervisor, an
experienced facilitator, a member of numerous professional organisations, a psychology
and business psychology graduate, a visiting lecturer, a published author and
speaker with 10 years track record as a people development consultant. Adina
Tarry has lived and worked in six countries and is fluent
in several languages. Having worked for blue chip organisations, around the world,
she embodies cross culturalism as a way of life, not a notion acquired from text
books. Therefore the training is not only formative and informative but also authentic
and accessible. The
sources of information reflected in the proprietary process, tools and methods
combine the latest from: 1.
